Get Out And Trek (or GOAT), which hosts outdoor trips for LGBTQ adventurists and friends, is my passion and business. Beyond the goal of getting the queer community outdoors with fun and amazing trips and events I'm using the company to build a powerful network interested changing the outdoor industry into one that builds, supports and celebrates LGBTQ athletes, adventurists, and enthusiasts and increasing access to the outdoors for them.
What's your favorite Brooklyn Base Camp feature?
Its ethos. Building supportive communities is everything to transforming society. I love BBC's approach to being an open place for all to participate.

Favorite Moment on a Guided Trip:

Our visit to Storm King Arts Center.
